Morgan Pressel was up at 3:30 a.m. in the days leading up to her Morgan & Friends Tournament. The desire to make each year better than the next in her charity work is no different than her golf game.

A late donation from an anonymous donor Jan. 11 pushed this year’s total amount raised to a record $1 million. It marks the ninth year of the Morgan & Friends event, which has raised more than $5 million toward the fight against breast cancer.
